Faces of Change Faces of Change is a Christ Centered Addictions Intervention, Outreach, and Aftercare Service. FOC Addiction Group-Wednesdays lunch mtg. Camden NJ Entrance C.

Faces of Change is a 501C3 non-profit Organization in the city of Camden NJ. We minister in various capacities in reference to addiction and other life controlling issues. Interventions
• Assessments: Clients are given an extensive assessment to determine level of care as well as appropriate matching of treatment.

• Referral and Processing: Are done for clients who are seeking to be placed into

detox as well as long-term Christian inpatient treatment programs.

• Case Management/Advocacy: Is an intervention designed to help substance abusers access needed social services.

• Addictions Biblical Discipleship Counseling: Is offered to various clients as after care or maintenance services for those who have finished programs or have a substantial period of sobriety.

• Support Meetings: Our Support Meetings are held in Various Locations. at 12 pm at The FOC Center.

Life Controlling Issues Mtg. Thursdays at 6pm at the Salvation Army Kroc Center 1865 Harrison Ave. Anyone Struggling with an addiction as well as loved ones on the other side are welcome. Support Meetings are mandatory to receive any of the other addiction services.

• Outreaches - Sunday Nite OR - These teams go out every Sunday night backpacking through various communities in the city of Camden. We provide seasonal Items, clothing, food, toiletry bags and resources for those who are homeless and or struggling with addiction.

• Madlin Ministry- Targets women involved in drugs and prostitution through outreaches and various other services.

IMPORTANT FOC SUPPORT MEETING UPDATE

Our Thursday Night Addiction Support Meetings are currently closed.

As we prayerfully consider what the next season of support at Faces of Change will look like, we do not currently have a date for these meetings to resume.

Faces of Change is still here and providing services. If you or someone you know is looking for help, we continue to provide assessments and placement assistance for detox and Christ-centered inpatient drug rehabilitation programs.

You can call us or visit the FOC Center Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.

We are grateful for everyone who has been a part of our Thursday night meetings, and we appreciate your prayers as we seek God’s direction for what comes next. ❤️

Sometimes you stop right in the middle of the road, get down on your knees with someone, and pray.

No stage. No microphone. No perfect setting. Just two people calling on Jesus right where they are.

Our Thursday Madlin outreaches hold such a special place in our hearts. We spend time connecting with women caught in addiction and prostitution, many of whom are living in incredibly vulnerable situations.

Sometimes we offer resources. Sometimes we pray. Sometimes we simply listen and remind them that they are seen, loved, and not forgotten.

We keep showing up, building relationships, and extending that lifeline of hope, trusting that when someone is ready to reach for help, we’ll be there. ❤️
