📣 MAKE A DIFFERENCE! 📣
Our parent organization is looking for enthusiastic individuals to step into three key roles for the upcoming school year. If you’ve been looking for a way to give back, support our students, and connect with other families, we would love to have you!
Here are the positions we are looking to fill:
1. Membership Secretary
What you’ll do: You will be managing family registrations, and maintaining our member database.
Time Commitment: Approximately 2–3 hours per month (with a little extra peak time during the back-to-school rush in September!).
2. WG Volunteer Coordinator
What you’ll do: You will serve as the bridge between our events and our community by organizing volunteer sign-ups, coordinating schedules, and helping parents find the perfect ways to pitch in.
Time Commitment: Approximately 3–4 hours per month, mostly flowing around the scheduling of major school events.
3. Fundraising Coordinator
What you’ll do: You will lead the charge in planning and overseeing our community fundraisers, helping us raise the vital funds needed to support events like the Theater Program, 8th Grade Dinner Dance, & 4th Grade Farewell.
Time Commitment: Approximately 5–6 hours per month, depending on the scale and timing of our scheduled fundraisers.
