However, I wanted to share that earlier today I dropped off 'Lady Bedazzle' to Second Shift for their . It will be held on November 6th at the Shelby County Arts Council.

Speaking of HOPE, there is still time for you to whip up an outfit made out of bags, or accessories, or a canvas like mine. All entries must be submitted by November 4th.

Agency spotlight: Last week, I was able to take a tour of the Alabama Adult Day Center and meet the very welcoming and community centered staff. Their facility is new to the Pelham area as of last month and it houses an opportunity for our seasoned population to enjoy televised entertainment, reading, games, relaxation, snacks, and outdoor activities.

While they bring those opportunities to our seasoned neighbors, there is always room for more. If you or anyone/agency you know provides services - helping those that are seasoned with financial help and other necessities, please reach out to them and share that information.
