🏡 Thank you to Trent Tompkins with First Security Mortgage for being our guest speaker at Cabot Rotary Club!

Trent gave us an informative look at mortgage loans and what really determines mortgage rates, including how Treasury yields, investor activity, mortgage-backed securities, and other market factors influence the rates homebuyers see.

We appreciate Trent taking the time to share his knowledge and help us better understand a topic that impacts so many families and future homeowners in our community.

Thank you, Trent, for a great program and for joining us at Cabot Rotary! 👏

Today, the Cabot Rotary Club pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the bravery and sacrifice of our first responders, and reflect on the strength and unity that followed.

May we always remember those we lost and continue to serve our communities with kindness, compassion, and unity.

A day of remembrance. A lifetime of gratitude. ❤️🤍💙
