Burlington (WI) Junior Lady Demons is a girls competitive basketball club that promotes skills and development to girls in grades 3 through 8.

Welcome to the Junior Lady Demons, a Burlington-Area basketball program (Grades 3rd–8th) offering a competitive step up from recreational leagues without the intense commitment of regional travel ball. We focus on the complete athlete through our "Next Play" philosophy, teaching girls to embrace risk, grow from mistakes, and play with confidence. Driven by the belief that "Teams Build Bonds, Bonds Build Teams," we combine skill development with high school program connection, team experiences, and community service. We aren't just coaching basketball; we are empowering resilient, connected young women ready for their next play in life.

GO BREWERS.

10/27/2026

Brewers have a loveable team, front to back.

Sal needs more airtime.

Why?

Picture says it all 🙂

Don’t specialize too early in youth sports.

Prevent burnout and injuries

Develop other cognitive and physical skills

We believe not many other sports can help build multisport athletes, teams, and bonds like basketball does.

Basketball build athletes
We build bonds
Bonds build teams

Even though Sal didn’t play basketball, we love him

Go Brewers!!!

What does Burlington Kiwanis Club Soccer and Brewers have in common?!

This weekend we looked outward to one of our communities favorite youth programs! For decades they have provided an affordable local soccer program run by many volunteers

We are proud to share that 20% of the girls in our program volunteered there time picking up garbage, tearing nets down and some shenanigans to help Kiwanis.

We aren’t just building athletes, we are building confidence and pride

Basketball build athletes
We build teams
Teams build bonds

Our community business get hit up for alot of sponsorship requests.

Here's how we help:

1. Donate to a specific need. For example, Wisco Automotive just bought 5 new basketballs for girls new to our program! Thanks for making the barrier of entry to the sport even easier

2. We provide opportunities to give back. Spending time at retirement homes and park clean-ups for example. When you expect a community to support you, you need to support back!

If you are a business owner and would like to support our program, check out

Attention: Community Leaders! This is worth reading, more than just a donation. You are helping making our kids better humans. We are building more than…
