As a MID, I am honored to begin public ministry at Congregational UCC in Maple Shade, New Jersey, less than a mile from the site of King's first act of righteous rebellion in NJ. Over the next year, we will explore Dr. King's literary legacy, beginning with his 1963 text, Strength to Love.

Here is a quote from Dr. King.

"Every true Christian is a citizen of two worlds, the world of time and the world of eternity. As Christians, we must never surrender our supreme loyalty to any time-bound custom or earth-bound idea, for at the heart of our universe is a higher reality."

In an era where some many things could draw our attention away from the grace, goodness, and love of God, I share my weeks guiding scripture.

Philippians 4:8

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise…

Think On These Things.

All the way from my family in TX.

Listen up NJ, here is an opportunity for male students who are interested in medical school.

Tennessee State University is offering a free ride to medical school.

I also have information on Department of Energy paid internship opportunities in SC and other locations.

Don’t tell this “down the street and around the corner” woman what they are NOT down South.

It might be time for a re-migration 😃😃, or just get your degree or paid intern and decide from there.

Email me at [email protected] for internship information.
