Reynolds Cottages is bringing affordable new construction within walking distance of downtown Brunswick, with priority given to first-time homebuyers and workers in our community.

From foundations to framing, construction is moving forward—and it’s exciting to watch this vision for accessible homeownership take shape in historic New Town.

Construction is moving along on a housing complex in the New Town neighborhood called Reynold Cottages, the completion of which is expected by the end of the year.
