Notice of Public Comment on the State Fiscal Year 2026 Intended Use Plans for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan Programs

Date: June 2, 2026

Notice is given that the Indiana Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Loan Program has Amended and Restated the Intended Use Plan (IUP) for the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2026. The IUP details the uses, goals, and objectives of the DWSRF Loan Program pursuant to Section 1452 of the Safe Drinking Water. Interested parties are invited to review the IUP and provide comments to the DWSRF Loan Program. Comments will be collected for a three-week period, ending June 23, 2026. The IUP is available at www.srf.in.gov and upon request. Comments on the DWSRF Amended and Restated IUP may be directed to:
