Stout Mountain Railway Club, Brookings Oregon The Stout Mountain Railway Club was formed in May 2007 to build a Garden Railway in Stout Park, Brookings Oregon. The first phase finished in May 2008.

We'll have our loudest Bells, Whistles, and Horns. Plus, RC Tanks.
