Last day I'm doing interviews for the documentary on Tommy Ellis . I'll be at Blacksheep Wrestling Club from 12 to 4 if you still want to be a part of it. After this I have to close it down or I'll never get this put together.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of telling his story these last 8 months. I love hearing the stories. It has also continued to confirm that every night, weekend away spent on the football fields and in gyms were all 100% exactly where he was supposed to be.

I have interviewed about 50 people at this point and have about that many hours of film to review!!! Now time to get it all put together °

We will have a premier/watch part party on Friday December 18th, 2026 at the Brookhaven Municipal building. So make sure you are following so you dont miss it! **I will try to get it up on YouTube as well, but it'll be after the 18th.

The 3rd Annual Forever a Vanguard Tournament hosted by the Tommy Ellis Memorial Foundation returns November 14, 2026 at Sun Valley High School!

Join us for a day of wrestling, community, and legacy — honoring Tommy’s spirit and the values he lived every day: strength, kindness, and connection.

AM Session: Youth — $45 per wrestler
PM Session: Team Duals — $450 per team
Entry Fee: $5

All proceeds go directly to the Tommy Ellis Memorial Foundation, helping us give back to families in need, support local youth, and continue Tommy’s legacy of showing up for others.

LAST CALL FOR DOCUMENTARY INTERVIEWS

We’re closing out interviews so our team has time to edit all the incredible footage we’ve captured.

The final interview day will be August 30th at Blacksheep Wrestling Club from 12–4 PM in 30‑minute slots.

If you’d like to be part of the story before we move into editing, please reach out to Steph to secure your time.

We can’t wait to share the finished documentary with everyone at the Watch Party on December 18th.

Our board has been hard at work behind the scenes, putting plans in motion to give back to our community and families. Boxes are arriving every day as we prep for a little surprise for a few families who could use an extra lift.

And we’re not stopping there — another shopping trip to support those in need is already in the works.

As we head into fall, keep an eye out for our tents at upcoming Community Days. Come meet our board, learn about our mission, and see what we’ve been building.

You’ll also spot us during the Preston & Steve Camp Out for Hunger — we’ve got some new ideas brewing for this year’s food collection.

A lot of good is on the way.

Now that I have amazing quick recap from Monday I'll make my post (Steph)

First thank you to everyone who helped make Monday possible. Whether you are on the board, friend, family or business who dealt with my excessive texts, updates and slightly panic when we were sold out earlier or a local business who donated. Monday wouldnt have been possible without you and your support.

Thank you to all of our sponsors! You made the event extra special. We had over 30 raffle items and 5 silent auction items and over 20 hole sponsors. Our event sponsor was Dicks House of Sports and our Hole in one Sponsor was Concordville Nissan (sadly noone won).

Thank you to Rock Manor Golf Course for hosting us on such a beautiful Monday morning/afternoon.
