Enter Shine Spooky Kingsbrooke House Decorating Contest by Monday, 10/19!
Entering is easy! Details & Rules:

🎃BY OCT 19 - Decorate Your Home/Yard
🧙BY OCT 19 - Enter yourself in the Contest by emailing ONE PHOTO of your Spooky set-up with your STREET ADDRESS to [email protected].

🏚️Please share in the email if your home is characterized as Single Family, Carriage House or Town Home (depending on number of entries, the contest will be divided into 2 or 3 housing-type categories)

🕷️Look out for an emailed reply to confirm your entry has been received.

💀🚗On Friday, October 23, Voting will go Live and a form will be shared out via email, on KB Social page and in KB Neighborhood Groups on Facebook. Residents are encouraged to drive around to view the homes in person (the most fun!!) and/or to take a look at the photos shared online and cast their votes.

👻😈Homes can win in one of TWO PRIZE CATEGORIES: 1) Too Cute to Spook and 2) Best Haunt

🗳️Voting will be open Friday, October, 23 through Thursday, October 29. Every resident can vote 1 time. (If you have multiple people in your household, each gets 1 vote).

🪧Between Oct 30-31 winners will be announced and yard sign prizes will be delivered to winning residents.

🏆🙌🎃👻On Halloween Night Winners will get to proudly display their signs and enjoy All the BRAGGING RIGHTS that come with having the Cutest or Scariest Spooktacularly Decorated Homes! Have fun gettin' spooky with it!

👻🎃🧙🕷️🍁Wow what a fall festival, friends! Thanks all who joined us yesterday! The kids rocked it at the variety of games and won all those prizes, the costumes were creative and looked great, our friendly and talented kingsbrooke resident vendors had wonderful wares and services to share, the pumpkins were given some very flashy faces, that face paint and glitter game was on point, the balloon animals were terrific, the bounce houses were a blast (despite the finale puddle- sorry for the wet socks!), the music was spooky and the taco truck was delish!! Thank you to our dedicated Social Committee members, their families and helpful GMS youth volunteers for bringing it all together for our neighborhood! Couldn’t ask for a better way to enjoy fall with neighbors and friends! Thanks for coming out, Kingsbrooke!

Don’t forget to enter your home/yard in our Halloween Decorating Contest by Monday, Oct 19! Just Email a photo of your decorations on display to [email protected] and you could be in the running for “Too Cute to Spook” or “Best Haunt” prizes! Voting will open to neighbors on Friday 10/23. 🏠 👻

Kingsbrooke Fall Festival is in full swing! Come on out till 4pm! Food truck, bounce houses, face painting, glitter tattoos, vendor fair, kids games, balloon art, costume parade kicking off around 3:15! And more!!

Kingsbrooke Fall Festival, Costume Parade and Vendor Fair is this Saturday 10/17 at the Clubhouse parking lot. Weather looks good so come on out for some spooky, tasty, silly, bubbly, bouncy, artsy-craftsy, fall family fun! Costumes encouraged!
