Pennock Center for Counseling Our nonprofit center is funded through fees for services, grants, fundraising and public contributions. We also accept Adams County Medicaid and some insurance.

Pennock Center for Counseling is a nonprofit counseling center, we work to close gaps in mental health care by making our counseling services more accessible and affordable, through a sliding fee scale tailored to each person’s financial situation. Clients are seen based on a sliding fee scale according to income.
