Real proud of our guys in Asheville. I had a customer with multiple spots on their roof with buckling isolation.

The team did a great job of upfront expectations of the job to be done and inspecting the roof system below the bad areas, insuring that there was not bigger issues happening.

It always nice to work with a crew willing to go the extra mile and a customer that’s easy to work with

As a roofing sales professional, I start the conversation around the scope of work we’re proposing.

But once that work is won, my job isn’t done.

It’s actually just getting started.

I get to step into more of a project management role, meet the service team at the job, walk through the scope with them, answer questions, and make sure everyone is on the same page before the work begins.

To me, that’s what start-to-finish service looks like.

It’s not just about selling the work. It’s about taking ownership, communicating well, and making sure the customer and our team are taken care of every step of the way.

That shows you care.

And that’s the kind of service I want to provide on every job.

Two days. Lots of hands-on learning. 🏢🔨

Spent the last two days at Baker Roofing Academy sharpening our skills in commercial roof restoration.

We trained on:
✔️ Wet seal
✔️ Cove bead
✔️ Joint seal
✔️ Best practices for long-lasting repairs

The details matter. A properly restored seam or pe*******on can add years to a commercial roofing system and help prevent costly leaks.

Proud to be part of a company that invests in its people and believes that learning never stops. Baker Roofing Company
