Join us for the 14th Annual Imperial Valley Veterans Day Walk! 🇺🇸🪖
Every year, our community comes together to honor the service and sacrifice of all military veterans, past and present. Whether you are a veteran looking to connect with fellow service members or a supporter wanting to show your gratitude, we would love to have you walk with us.
Here is what you need to know:
🗓 When: Wednesday, Nov. 11th. Please arrive before 7:00 AM.
📍 Where: Meet at the Brawley Elks Lodge.
🚌 The Route: We will take bus transportation from the lodge to Westmorland City Park, then begin our journey back along Highway 86 with vehicle escorts.
✍️ Honor a Veteran: If you know someone who served or is currently serving, come walk in their name. We will have a dedicated wall where you can write your veteran’s name to honor them.
🍉 Support Along the Way: Water, restrooms, fruit, and snacks will be available to all participants along the route.
🍔 Free Meal: Enjoy a complimentary meal back at the lodge once the walk concludes!
This event is free and open to the public—no sign-up or registration required. Just show up and join the tradition!
