🦃👟 **COME FOR THE TROT. STAY FOR THE COMMUNITY.** 💚

Okay, Turkey Trot Crew…who’s coming with you Thanksgiving morning?!

Your family? Your neighbors? Your best running buddy? The friend who swears they’re walking but gets competitive at the finish line? 😂

Now is the time to start making your **November 26** plans!

And here's something we're especially excited about this year…

🎉 **Our 2026 Turkey Trot sponsors are showing up BIG for our community!**

From local businesses and organizations to healthcare, security, professional services, retail and more, these amazing supporters are helping make Thanksgiving morning happen.

So don't just race past them! 👀

Before or after your race, take a few minutes to wander around, say hello, meet some of the businesses supporting the Trot, learn something new - and who knows what fun little surprises you might discover along the way! 🎁😉

Because the FishHawk Turkey Trot isn't just about crossing a finish line.

It's about **people. Community. Connection. And helping our neighbors.** 💚

So…

👟 Pick your race style.
🦃 Gather your crew.
📅 Save Thanksgiving morning.
🎉 Come ready to have FUN!

🦃👟 **WHAT IF YOU STARTED THANKSGIVING MORNING LIKE THIS?**

-Before the turkey goes in the oven...
-Before the football games...
-Before the family arrives...
-Before the food coma... 😂

**GET OUTSIDE AND HAVE SOME FUN!**

The FishHawk Turkey Trot has become one of our favorite Thanksgiving traditions - and it isn't just for serious runners.

You can run.
You can walk.
Bring the kids.
Bring your neighbors.
Bring your friends.
Take a million pictures.
Grab your medal.
Check out the vendors.
And spend a Thanksgiving morning surrounded by the people who make this community so special. 💚

Our Seeds of Hope Web Gal has been doing this race for YEARS. In the early days, she ran with her running group while her family slept in. 😂

But for the past few years, she and her husband have walked it together - chatting with friends and neighbors, taking pictures and enjoying every minute.

Then they meet up with neighbors for a little post-Trot brunch before everyone heads off to family, food, football and Thanksgiving festivities.

And that's what we love about this race:
**It's not just about the race.**

It's about starting Thanksgiving with your community.
And there's an even bigger reason to be thankful...

Every registration helps support Seeds of Hope and our mission to provide food assistance to local families throughout the year. 🌱

Okay, here's a little Seeds of Hope history you may not know...

Back in 2009, the very first FishHawk Turkey Trot was organized in just two months.

The goal was to attract 100 runners.

Instead?

450 PEOPLE SHOWED UP. 🎉

And apparently, FishHawk decided we were onto something.

➡️ 2010: More than 1,400 runners
➡️ 2011: More than 2,000
➡️ 2012: More than 2,500
➡️ 2013: Nearly 2,800

And in recent years, we've seen around 3,000 registered runners!

But here's the REALLY cool part...

🌱 The Turkey Trot helped create Seeds of Hope.

Seeds of Hope was formed from proceeds of the Turkey Trot, and today the organization uses that support to help provide food assistance to local families throughout the year.

So that Thanksgiving morning tradition?

It's more than running.
It's more than turkey costumes.
It's more than crossing the finish line before dinner.
It's part of the reason Seeds of Hope exists. 💚

And now we're getting ready for the 18th Annual FishHawk Turkey Trot! 🦃👟
