We are in need of book donations!

Hi there! My name is Nikki, and I am the Youth Outreach Chairman for the Brandon VFW Auxiliary. I am putting together a project called Salute to Stories where we gather donated books from all reading levels and give them back to you, the community! Come find a new adventure whether you're looking to take a book home, to borrow, or exchange! Help us pay it forward to our veterans with a free-will donation where 100% of the proceeds goes to a Veterans Relief fund that helps veterans and their families!

How it works:
Bring in a single book or a collection (ranging from bedtime stories to young adult) into the post. There is a large back tote with a yellow lid for book donations (ask the bartenders where it is located).

At events such as Bingo, Bake sales, or other VFW/Auxiliary events, we will bring out the Salute to Stories bookshelf with the donated books for everyone to enjoy! A monetary donation is greatly appreciated, but never required.

If you are unable to drop them off at the post, please reach out to me, and I will be happy to come to you! (info below)

We are Brandon strong! We would not be able to do all, of the things we do without our community! Thank you for all that you do for our veterans and families!

Have questions? Please feel free to contact me!
