From 3- 6 p.m. around the Holden gazebo Arboretum, attendees will enjoy live music by Cliff Nelson and Brent Shepard, games, and refreshments. EEG members and epilepsy advocates will be on hand to answer questions and share information on epilepsy awareness. This gathering is free to the public, and everyone is invited!

🚨 Seizure First Aid: What to Remember 🚨

✔ Stay calm
✔ Time the seizure
✔ Keep them safe from injury
✔ Turn them on their side if possible
✔ Stay with them until fully alert

❌ Don’t hold them down
❌ Don’t put anything in their mouth

Knowing these simple steps could make all the difference.
