Airmen for Animals was created to help willing Volunteers find opportunities to help in the community. Our founder, Jana, has a passion for all animals. She has spend numerous hours fostering, training, grooming and caring for all kinds of animals. Jana believes that volunteering is a part of resilience and that volunteering with animals is the most rewarding way to give back to the community. The unconditional love in their eyes and the trust they give you despite their situation can teach us a lot about healthy living. In 2019 Jana founded this group to make it easier for service members and civilians outside of the rescue community to find, not only opportunities to volunteer or foster, but also help to organize or host events. If you are interested in becoming POC for an event, would like help or tips in organizing them, or would like to foster, or volunteer, please do not hesitate to contact us.
