🚨 WE’RE HIRING — WORSHIP DIRECTOR

Purpose Church is looking for a Worship Director to lead and develop our worship ministry.

We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves the local church, and knows how to lead both people and a worship team. The ability to lead from an instrument is a plus, but not required.

The Worship Director will help lead worship for our Sunday services, plan and prepare worship sets, recruit and develop team members, lead rehearsals, and work alongside church leadership to build a healthy and excellent worship culture.

This is a paid ministry role with a flexible schedule and no required office hours. The time commitment is centered around preparation, rehearsals, services, team development, and the responsibilities necessary to lead the ministry well.

Purpose Church is a growing church in Bossier City, Louisiana, passionate about reaching people and helping them discover their God-given purpose through an authentic relationship with Jesus.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build, lead, and grow with us.

God has BIG things for you. But are you willing to become who He needs you to be to carry them? 🙌

What a powerful Sunday at Purpose Church!
Yesterday we had the honor of welcoming Pastor Deven Pedeaux of The Mission Church, and the message was such an important reminder: God has created us with purpose, and He desires to do more in and through our lives than we can imagine. But growth requires humility.

Before God can trust us with more, we have to be willing to be faithful with what He has already placed in our hands. To serve when no one is watching. To stay teachable. To choose humility over recognition. And to let God shape our character for the places He is calling us next.

“Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.”
Colossians 3:23

We’re so thankful for Pastor Deven and the word he brought to our Purpose family.
