It's amazing how often we focus on where we want to end up without paying much attention to the direction we're currently headed.
We want stronger faith, healthier relationships, more peace, more purpose, and a closer walk with God. But those things rarely happen all at once. More often, they're built through small decisions made consistently over time.
That's both challenging and encouraging.
Challenging because our daily choices matter more than we sometimes realize.
Encouraging because no matter where you've been or what road you've been on, a new direction can start today.
Maybe that's why Proverbs reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and seek His will in all we do. Not because God is trying to control our lives, but because He sees where every path leads.
As you move through the rest of this week, take a moment to ask yourself:
What is currently shaping my heart?
Who is influencing my direction?
And where is my current path taking me?
Be sure to join us for a continuation of our series through Proverbs this Sunday at 9:30 or 11a, and if this message encouraged you, save it for later or share it with someone who might need the reminder today.
