Mobile food pantry in Booneville this Friday, hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Booneville / Prentiss County
Northeast Mississippi Community College alumni and former Campus Country member Colby Crenshaw knows its all about the company that you keep and that’s why after winning the North Mississippi’s Got Talent showcase in the Seth Pounds Auditorium on Saturday, August 24, he will be keeping some really good company.
Crenshaw used Maren Morris’ “Company You Keep” to secure his spot in the finals and won the contest against other divisional winners to earn the right to open for American Idol winner Trent W Harmon on Saturday, October 19 in the Booneville High School gymnasium.
Crenshaw bested 15 other solo and group performances to earn his golden ticket to perform. The Rienzi native competed in the adult division with seven other performers and had to win his division before moving onto the finals against the winner of the Youth, Teen and the Group divisions.
For those looking for tickets to the Trent Harmon concert, they can be purchased from the Booneville Main Street Association, the Student Activities Office at Northeast and the Boys & Girls Club of Booneville / Prentiss County office.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with the concert starting at 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 19.
Harmon and now Crenshaw will be hosting the concert to benefit the local Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Mississippi.
