At the Anna Grace Foundation, Inc., we want to help single parents get to the next level in their life. It is also the desire of AGF, Inc. to see every single parent have life insurance on themselves and their children with their will in place should they be incapacitated or pass away. This Will would state their preference for guardianship of their minor kids. will assist single parents on an ind

ividual basis in getting their Wills done. Yet we do not want to be a hand out as much as a hand up. Show your support by sharing comments and helpful hints to help our single moms out there. Some of the events are for all adults, so please share with your community.

April was an absolute whirlwind of awesome connections and major wins!

First off, we got to do so much cool networking, like hanging out at the Boise Metro Chamber’s monthly event at Kendall Ford. Seriously, I love meeting new people and dreaming up big ideas for future projects together!

Also, a massive shout-out to my amazing AGF workers—you guys are absolute rockstars! You keep the whole behind-the-scenes machine running smoothly for the Anna Grace Foundation, and our monthly Zoom hangouts have been going so well.

We’ve also been checking big things off the to-do list: taxes are officially done (whew!), and I even gave a quick ten-minute speech for Amherst Madison in Boise! Plus, even though we couldn't make it to the grand opening of the Love Inc Blessing Barn thrift store, I got a private tour of the new place a few weeks later. It's so awesome because Love INC has been sending single moms our way for events and helping them connect with local resources!

Oh, and shout-out to one of my networking friends who owns a vehicle detailing business—they got the inside of my vehicle looking sparkling clean! Thank you so much! Sadly, they’ve since closed up shop, so I was actually one of their last customers.

We also want to give a huge, enthusiastic welcome to our newest board member, Kari Palmer! Get this—she is the 2026 Idaho Mother of the Year! 🎉 Massive congratulations, Kari! I even got to go to the Governor’s office to watch her receive this incredible honor.

Last but definitely not least, we just wrapped up our third 3-month session helping high school seniors get their required public service hours for graduation! A huge thank you to Kayla P. and Principal Leslie at Pathways Education for letting AGF team up with your awesome students!

Until next time!!

Today. I talked to 3 single moms and corresponded with a 4th via email.

It's interesting to talk to moms in different states. Some of them want to hang up when they realize I’m in Idaho, but the ladies I spoke with today were different! 😊

I had a conversation with a mom in Ohio, and I was able to provide her with helpful next steps.

Next, I talked to a mom in Louisiana who also needed advice on finding resources in her area. She texted me afterward to let me know she was already working on it. I love go-getters! 💪

Having been a single mom for 16 years, I’ve navigated various challenges in different states. I did not have a single parent organization helping me navigate those waters.

The last mom I spoke with was in Idaho. While every situation is unique, I reminded her that it isn't always easy! So, I helped guide her toward some next step options. 🌟

This year, my focus is on "rest" and "choices." 🧘 I choose to operate from a place of rest rather than stress, and I’m becoming more aware of the many opportunities to make choices, just as these single moms do.

Let single moms know that the Anna Grace Foundation is here to talk. We listen. We offer advice. And we encourage single parents to reach their next level uP! 🚀
