Matt, thank you for putting together such a powerful event in support of and in honor of our brothers and sisters who are no longer with us.

This ruck is not a parade. It is not a party.

It is a solemn reminder of the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice. The heroes who gave their today so we could have our tomorrow.

We choose to do hard things because freedom was never free.

May we never forget their service, their sacrifice, and the families they left behind.

Live a life worthy of their sacrifice.

Today was more than 10 miles.

It was a day of remembrance, brotherhood, sisterhood, and purpose.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to every veteran, family member, volunteer, partner, and supporter who made the Memorial Day Ruck possible.

For those who have sacrificed it all 🇺🇸

Ten miles is not a big deal when you’re walking for men and women who gave their tomorrows for our todays.

The real question is this:

Are you living a life worthy of their sacrifice?

Are you living with honor for those who never made it home?
Are you carrying yourself in a way that reflects the price they paid for our freedom?

This is my challenge to you:

Live with purpose.
Live with integrity.
Live courageously.
Live honorably for those who no longer have the opportunity to.

Never waste the freedom someone else died to protect.
