So Much Gratitude for Our Community 💟

Still feeling so grateful after such a beautiful turnout for our Safe Sleep Community Baby Shower!

First and foremost, thank you to every family who came out and spent part of their day with us. Your presence is what made this event so special. We hope you left feeling supported, informed, encouraged, and reminded that you have a community standing behind you as you navigate parenthood.

A huge thank you to all of the vendors and community partners who joined us and shared valuable information, resources, and support with our families. Your willingness to give your time and connect with families made such a meaningful impact.

We are especially grateful for the generosity of our vendors who donated raffle prizes. Because of your kindness, every family went home with a prize! 🎁 It was so special to see the excitement and smiles throughout the morning.

A very special thank you to Jacob Young with Modern Woodmen and Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant for their incredibly generous donations of cribs and infant car seats. These donations will directly help families provide a safer environment for their babies, and we cannot thank you enough for helping make that possible. 💜💙

And to the Snead State Community College volunteers — THANK YOU! 🙌 Your hard work, energy, and willingness to help made such a difference. From helping things run smoothly to supporting our families throughout the event, we truly could not have done this without you.

This event was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with one goal: supporting families and helping babies have a safe and healthy start.

To everyone who played a part, whether you donated, volunteered, shared resources, attended, or simply helped spread the word — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🤍

🎙️ We had so much fun hitting the airwaves today!

Our Parents as Teachers team had the opportunity to be on our local radio station to share all about our upcoming Community Baby Shower! 💙🍼

We loved talking about the importance of supporting expecting parents and families with young babies, sharing resources, promoting safe sleep, and inviting our community to join us for this special event.

A huge thank you to WKXX, POWER 107.5 FM, and WQSB for giving us the opportunity to spread the word! We can’t wait to see everyone at the Community Baby Shower. It’s going to be a morning filled with education, community resources, door prizes, & refreshments.

A huge THANK YOU to every person who generously donated to make our 3rd Annual Parents as Teachers Free Market such a blessing for families in our community.

Because of your kindness, families were able to shop with dignity and take home clothing, shoes, baby essentials, household items, and so much more—completely free of charge. Your generosity helped ease financial burdens and reminded so many parents that they are supported and cared for.

This event would not have been possible without each and every donation, volunteer, and act of kindness. Thank you for believing in our mission and for helping us make a meaningful difference in the lives of local families.
