This week has been one of the hardest weeks in Kyiv since the full-scale war began.

Just as children were preparing to return to school, R@ssia changed its tactics. Instead of isolated attacks, Kyiv is now facing waves of fast-moving attack dr*nes, leaving families with only minutes to reach shelter.

For many children, this means spending most of their day underground instead of in classrooms or on playgrounds. They can't play outside. Parents struggle to work. Teachers try to continue lessons between air raid alerts but it hits level of education for sure.

And this is happening in Kyiv — not on the front line.

Please pray for the children of our Radooga ministry, for our team members' families, and for every child in Ukraine. Pray that God would protect them, calm their fears, and guard their hearts from the lasting effects of trauma.

While we cannot stop the dr*nes, we know that prayer is never powerless.

When Russia launched its full-scale invasion, Bohdan's father was away on a work trip. As the oldest boy in the family, Bohdan became his mother's helper as they fled their home in Kherson, moving from place to place before finally settling in Mykolaiv.

But while he carried responsibilities beyond his years, he quietly grieved everything he had left behind—his friends, his school, and the life he once knew.

At a Radooga Club, Bohdan found something every child deserves: a safe place to belong. Here, he built new friendships, discovered joy in creating, and began exploring God's love through Bible stories.

Today, it's hard to recognize the shy boy we first met. Bohdan is kind, curious, eager to help others, and full of hope for the future.

Every child deserves more than survival. They deserve the chance to heal, grow, and dream again.

Thank you for helping children like Bohdan find hope, healing, and a place to belong. 💙💛

Today is National Day of Dreams 🌤️ in the US — a beautiful reminder that we all need dreams to live a full and meaningful life.

For many Ukrainian children today, dreams are no longer about having something. They are about having the courage and hope to believe in the future.

🏠 Radooga designed our programs to create a safe environment where children can rebuild their dreams through creativity, support, friendship, and a sense of security.

Every volunteer and every donor together 🙌 — you are helping children not only get through difficult times, but also find the confidence to dream again.

Looking at this smiling 7-year-old boy, it's hard to believe how much he has already survived.

Before turning eight, Dima had already:
• fled missile attacks in Kherson;
• lost his home;
• spent months without friends;
• and lost much of his hearing because of overwhelming war stress.

Yet he still smiles.

We cannot erase what war has done. But we can make sure Dima doesn't have to heal alone.

At Radooga Ministries, he is learning to trust again — through friendships, robotics, and Bible stories. Step by step, the little boy who once wanted to be alone is learning to belong.

We celebrate the freedom we have -- the freedom
to believe in God,
to gather together in worship even during war,
to teach children according to biblical family values,
to speak our language,
and to honor our history.

At the same time, we grieve because we must defend our independence again and again. Every day, Ukraine loses sons, fathers, brothers, husbands, daughters, mothers, and friends. Children continue to face missile attacks in places that should be safe -- playgrounds, schools, shopping centers, and their own homes.

We love our country deeply. Every day we carry both the pain of injustice and the hope that God has not forgotten Ukraine.

Today, we have one simple request: please pray for Ukraine.

🙏Pray for those who remain here, for those forced to leave, and for comfort, protection, justice, and lasting peace.

Most of our supporters will never meet the children they help.

They won't hear every laugh.
They won't witness every conversation.
They won't see every life being changed.

Yet every camp, every club, every Bible lesson, every mentor, every meal, and every prayer is possible because someone chose to give.

For more than 30 years, that quiet generosity has carried this ministry.

On National Nonprofit Day, thank you for making hope possible for Ukrainian children.

Every child faces challenges growing up. For many, one of the first and biggest disappointments is something as simple as losing a game.

At Radooga, we intentionally help children build resilience through team activities, competitions, and everyday opportunities to learn that character matters more than winning.

Meet Bohdan, a 9-year-old boy with many wonderful strengths. But for him, losing a game or competition felt almost unbearable. Every defeat brought frustration, tears, or anger.

We talked with him many times. We encouraged him, comforted him after losses, and reminded him that his worth isn't measured by winning.

But real change came when two things came together: experience and God's Word.

After learning about Jonah's changed heart, Bohdan decided he wanted to respond differently. Instead of anger, he began choosing humility. Instead of giving up, he started saying:

"Maybe next time success will be on my side."

For Bohdan, that simple sentence represents something much bigger than winning a game.
It is the beginning of resilience, self-control, and a heart that is growing to become more like Christ.

And that is a victory worth celebrating.
