St. John's Philoptochos Blue Point Philoptochos is the philanthropic arm of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America for over 90 years.

Our chapter has been active since 1951 and responds immediately to needs and crises in our local area and throughout the world.

Love in action is what Philoptochos is all about. ❤️

On Monday, members of our St. John's Ladies Philoptochos prepared and served dinner for the families at Ronald McDonald House, offering comfort through a home-cooked meal.

We also wished Happy Birthday to Michelle Hadzigeorgiou! Thank you for spending your special day serving others.

As another one of our Greek Festivals comes to a close, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to every volunteer who made it all possible.

Whether you spent weeks baking our homemade pastries, helped with prep behind the scenes, served customers at our booth, worked another station, or donated your time in any way, your hard work, dedication, and smiles helped make this year's festival a tremendous success!!

It truly takes a village, and we are so grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for sharing your time, talents, and love for our community. We couldn't have done it without you! Until next year! Και του χρόνου! Ευχαριστούμε! Καλό καλοκαίρι! 💙

A heartfelt thank you to all of our dedicated volunteers who have worked tirelessly over the past few weeks to prepare the delicious, handmade pastries that make our festival so special. Your time, talent, and commitment help preserve our traditions and create a wonderful experience for our community.
