Bloomfield, have you noticed? Thanks to your support, the 19th century Steeple Clock in the Bloomfield Presbyterian Church on the Green is working again! The striking mechanism that activates the bells and Westminster Chimes will be reconnected at a later date, as Phase 2 of the project.

It’s Day 2 of the Bloomfield Arts Crawl and we’re so deeply grateful for all of the incredible support and encouragement from this beautiful community.

A quick note for today: The Scott H. Kaplan ’02 Art Gallery at Bloomfield College and Puppet Heap are closed today. All other participating Arts Crawl locations are open during their respective Saturday hours.

For Stop #7 Sacred Heart Church the entrance is in the back on Street Street. Please follow the ramp + follow the path to the entrance door. At Sacred Heart Church, we are exhibiting spectacular art from artist as well as artist (in tribute).

TWO bits of exciting news for the arts community in Bloomfield Center! 😁 🎨

First, the town’s first annual Arts Crawl is taking place October 9th and 10th! Check out Sanctuary On The Green for more info and visit their table at our HARVESTFEST on October 10th.

Second, a new art exhibition that will be on display October 15th – 19th at the Provident Bank on Broad St- right here in Bloomfield Center!🎉

Curated by Bloomfield resident and artist Kevin Calhoun, the show will feature works by four local artists, including – Erin O’Brien Kenna, Peter Syak, Elzbieta Kaciuba, and the late Janet McCarthy.
