On Monday, June 8, the Trustees met for the last time for this fiscal year. It was a full agenda to get the board ready for next year, but there was also time to show appreciation to Andrew Harris for his wonderful year as president!

Congrats to Robert Levine, who will be the foundation's next president starting July 1!

What an incredible evening!

On behalf of the Oakland County Bar Foundation, thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, donated, and supported The Signature Event. Because of your generosity, we raised more than $208,000 to help fund programs that expand access to justice, support legal education, and strengthen our communities throughout Oakland County.

The evening was a powerful reminder of what can happen when dedicated legal professionals, community leaders, and supporters come together around a shared purpose.

Congrats to one of our grant recipients Lakeshore Legal Aid! Well deserved.

We’re honored! 🎉 Lakeshore Legal Aid was recognized by the City of Detroit with the Spirit of Detroit Award.

This recognition highlights Lakeshore's participation in the Deed Fraud Prevention Town Hall Meetings hosted by Detroit Council Member Mary Waters. These sessions were designed to educate and empower homeowners with the tools they need to protect their property and preserve their legacy from fraud.

Lakeshore is proud to stand alongside community partners in helping Detroit residents stay informed and protected.
