Last night we attended The Juniper Concept’s Great Giveaway Event. Taylor submitted a nomination for Sleigh for Smiles to receive a donation for her charity. The Great Giveaway is a program to support youth ideas and create a way to serve without the financial burden. With that, so many great ideas were presented last night by children, including building a community garden, putting shoes on athletes who are less fortunate, and other great ideas.
Taylor was a finalist in the top 5 of over 100 applicants, and instead of presenting a one time check, The Juniper Concept gifted her with a partnership this year. They have committed to host a toy drive, bring together their local business community to offer places for Taylor to sell dog treats, and will also host a community baking day where we will get to use a commercial kitchen and bake hundreds of dog treats, which will be sold for proceeds to Sleigh for Smiles. So incredible!! Taylor’s words were, “It was a dream come true!” We are so proud as parents and we are so excited that Sleigh for Smiles will reach another level this year for toy donations and dog treat sales! We are so grateful for The Juniper Concept.

Taylor was also honored to have Mr. Pat O’Keefe introduce her as a finalist at the award ceremony and have her family by her side. It was a memorable night to say the least.
