Yes, Otter Pop and Bomb Pop, your day will come. You are only 11 weeks old, still just babies!

Just like the alumni kitties we posted this morning, whose beautiful canvas portraits now hang on our walls as happy reminders of the lives they went on to live, one day you’ll be living your own happily ever after too.

That’s a promise we make to every rescue who joins our family.

Until then, keep soaking up the love, the toys, the zoomies, the snuggles, and all the fun that comes with being spoiled in our foster home. Your perfect family is out there, and when the time is right, they’ll find you.

Our $100 kitten adoption fee includes their spay surgery, remaining kitten vaccines and rabies vaccine. They are healthy, social, sweet, beautiful little kittens who already had their complete wellness exam, their first two kitten vaccines, have been screened for parasites and dewormed multiple times, are FIV/FeLV negative and are microchipped as well.

You choose from any of our 11 veterinary partner offices for the remaining services not yet completed at time of adoption.. Simply schedule the appointments at your convenience, and we pay the bill. It’s a seamless process that ensures your new family member receives the care they need as they grow.

Those vet offices are located in Durham, Raleigh, Greensboro, Roxboro, Mebane, Hillsborough, Winston Salem, Charlotte and 3 offices in Danville.

Once we receive your adoption application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet in our foster home in Blanch, NC. If you fall in love, they are ready to go home sweet home.

What do we have here? It’s more canvas prints of our rescue alumni. We are SO excited to now have this very special family looking down on us from the walls of our kitty kondo upstairs. 

Mama Indy and her 3 little Indy 500 race car drivers were all adopted TOGETHER! It was absolutely magical and to this day is one of my most amazing days in rescue.

Mama Hattie (Indy), Ray (Brady), Sarah (Turbo), and Janet (Nino) are all so spoiled and so loved!

We are beyond grateful for their wonderful mom who stopped by yesterday for a visit and to drop off these beautiful pictures. They will always make us smile ear to ear.

Good morning and Happy Friday!

Millie continues to be our little Velcro dog. She’s always keeping a close eye on kitten Wi******er and has decided that supervising him is one of her full-time jobs.

Wi******er is still taking prednisone and azithromycin for his lingering congestion, and we’re hoping it’s completely cleared up soon. Whatever is causing it certainly hasn’t slowed him down! He is eating great, playing nonstop, zooming around at 100 mph, and keeping everyone entertained.

Our four resident cats, Jingles, Snowball, Callee, and Gibson, have all been wonderful with him, and Wi******er is convinced they’re his new best friends even when they hiss at him when they have had enough of their tails being chased, etc….

He sleeps with us and the dogs for a couple of hours before moving to the little hammock by the window on my side of the bed. Then, around 5:00 a.m., he’s fully recharged and launches himself into the living room to convince the “big kids” it’s time to play.

The other exciting news is that Wisdom Panel has received Wi******er’s DNA sample! Soon we should know what percentage Scottish Fold he is and whether he carries the genetic mutation associated with Scottish Fold cartilage and joint disease. We’re looking forward to learning more about this handsome little guy!

Then, Mama Moon (now named Willow) and her babies who joined us from the shelter on April 1. And Willow now, in her furever home! This beautiful gal is so loved and has 2 furry siblings who are equally as purrfect. Makes us so happy for this whole family.

Her mom wrote: “Willow is doing great and her and Ollie are the best of friends now ☺️. They are a good match because they’re similar age and energy level, so now he leaves Yoshi alone some 🤣. We love her very much. And her cute little meow that sounds like a little lamb 🤣.” SO SWEET!

Two tiny, beautiful gals are currently accepting applications for full-time lap warmers, toy tossers, and treat dispensers.

Bomb Pop and Otter Pop have perfected the art of being sweet and adorable, and now they’re ready to share their talents with their very own forever humans.

At just 10 weeks old, these sisters are healthy, playful, curious, and full of personality. Whether they’re zooming across the room or curling up beside you for a cuddle, they make every day a lot more entertaining and fun.
