drop a ❤️ if you agree

a simple act of kindness can make someone feel seen, supported, and less alone.

Mental health awareness isn’t built by a few people doing everything…it’s built when all of us do something little.

It's almost time for our Jeepin' for SAFE event this Saturday starting and 10am. We hope to see you all. This is a free event for spectators and we will have activities for all ages. We do ask that you bring cash for entry if you are entering your Jeep or other off road vehicle for the ride. There will also be food trucks and vendors. I'm sure most of them will have other pay apps, but just be prepared for cash only just in case.

A lot of conversations about men’s mental health focus on getting men to talk. While that is really important, another part of su***de prevention is reducing access to lethal means during a crisis.

Men account for nearly 4 out of every 5 su***de deaths in the United States.
And nearly 61% of male su***de deaths involve a firearm.

Many suicidal crises are temporary. Creating time, space, and support between a person and lethal means can save lives.

We lose more than 500,000 men to su***de every year worldwide.
44,000 a month.
10,000 a week.
1,400 a day.
60 every hour.
And 1 every minute.

Please don’t suffer alone. It’s not weak to ask for help. Mental health resources are always available at twloha.com/find-help.
