If anyone is interested in sending supplies to the citizens of Western North Carolina, this is your opportunity to SHINE! Donations can be delivered to First Freewill Church in Hayesville,NC or you can drop off locally and we will deliver it for you.

Please read the attached post for the location date and time. PLEASE provide the items on the needs list. Pay special attention to the restrictions at the bottom of the post and avoid those items please.

Positive Pathways RCO 243 Hunt Martin St. Tomorrow between 1 and 5.

Jennifer Queen is accepting donations at the Union County Courthouse on Monday and Tuesday.

You can also contact Shanna Prather to make arrangements for a up pick up.

Rhonda Mahan is delivering the donations to First Freewill Monday afternoon and Tuesday, if needed.

Today is National Fentanyl Prevention Awareness Day. To remember those lost to fentanyl overdose, show support for grieving families, and increase awareness about the risks of fentanyl the flag of the United Stated of America and the flag of the State of Georgia are being flown at half-staff today.

Hello all!
The Appalachian wellness and harm reduction coalition has started a junior board! We are raising money for many exciting helpful activities we are trying to do soon in the community! With that being said we are going to be doing a gift wrapping fundraiser! You bring us your gifts and we will wrap them! We ask for a charge of $10.00 for your gifts to be wrapped (donations accepted as well). You can drop off your gifts at 76 Hunt Martin St Blairsville GA! We will be accepting drops off today December 20th now till 5:00. December 21st drop off is from 8-3! Please provide us with a guide of how to add a “name tag” to your gift! The best way would be to write on a peice of paper the name of who and from the gift is then what gift goes with it!

Barbie doll - from: aunt rose to: Carly
This makes it easiest for us! If you have any special requests with your gifts please add that as well! Your gifts will be guaranteed to be wrapped by Friday at 5:00pm!

The coalition received a supply of NARCAN from Georgia Harm Reduction. This is a no cost, completely confidential and simple process.

If you or someone you know, is at risk of experiencing an overdose please make sure you have NARCAN on hand. It is quite literally the difference between life and death.
