A few more pictures of the new flush toilets at the BLAIR Educational Centre. This week, we are installing the tower, tank, and septic field and hope to have them working by early November.

Our student of the week is the legend Barrack Obama (not the President) through the years. Obama has been part of our program for more than a decade, and he is now 14 and in 8th grade at the Blair Educational Centre. He lives with 12 other people in a house without running water. Despite the challenges of his life, he loves playing soccer with his friends, and he hopes to be a lawyer someday.

Our project of the week is the medical clinic at the Blair Educational Centre where we have a nurse who provides basic medical care to the students and faculty. We are the only school in the area to provide this service, and each June, the clinic is supported by a visit from American health care providers.
