Teamsters Local 120 is a union organization with a membership of nearly 12,000 in four states: Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. We represent workers at over 300 employers in both the private and public sector, and in a variety of industries, from airline flight attendants to truck drivers to warehouse workers to police officers, to name just a few. We have six offices: our main loc

ation in Blaine, Minnesota; Mankato, Minnesota; Dubuque and Des Moines, Iowa; Fargo, North Dakota; and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Local 120 is affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, which has close to 1.4 million members throughout North America.

FOREMOST FARMS REEDSBURG MEMBERS VOTE UNANIMOUSLY TO AUTHORIZE A STRIKE!

Formost Farms refusal to negotiate industry standards for our members is putting Reedsburg, WI. at risk of a labor stoppage.

“Today our members stood together in solidarity and made their voices heard,” said Shaun Mullikin, Business Agent for Local 120.

Management needs to get serious and present a viable offer, or we’ll be forced to move our discussions to the streets.

SOLIDARITY PAYS OFF FOR CASS CLAY CREAMERY IN FARGO!

Local 120 dairy members ratified a 20-month agreement putting their expiration date in alignment with other DFA workers across the nation.

The new agreement provides for increases in wages, pension, vacation, medical benefits and picket line protection.



Congratulations to the workers and their committee for fighting for this awesome contract.

LOCAL 120 SCHREIBER FOODS MEMBERS IN WEST BEND, WI. WIN BIG!

Production and Maintenance workers ratified a 3-year agreement by over 90%. Significant increases to wages & retirement contributions, along with an improved benefit and leave package.

Our UPS and Wilson Trailer Brothers and Sisters came out in full force today for a little fun in the sun at the Yankton River Boat Days Parade!

After the parade, we wrapped up the day with great food, and fellowship, at our Teamsters Local 120 Membership Appreciation Picnic in the Park.

A special thank you to Doug Skelly for driving the semi.

Teamsters Local 120 had a fantastic afternoon at the Birdcage!

Members and their families came out to cheer on the Sioux Falls Canaries. It was an afternoon filled with family fun, great food, plenty of laughter, and some great baseball!

And to top it all off—the Canaries delivered a BOTTOM OF THE 9TH INNING WALK-OFF HOME RUN!

What a way to finish the day!

MADISON MALLARDS BASEBALL!

Local 120 members had a great night out at the Duck Pond Saturday. Members from Nestle, B&G Foods, Saputo Cheese, Bimbo, Metro Transit and many other facilities contributed to the group that filled the Duck Blind and celebrated a come from behind 4-3 victory in the season finale. Great weather, great baseball and great camaraderie with Local 120 members!
