We believe the power of the Multi-Partner Health Collaborative (MPHC) lies in its cross-sector representation and its ability to resource expertise across Steering Committees and Goal Groups to advocate for real change. So when MPHC recently gathered in-person, it sought to answer a pivotal core question:

What can MPHC make possible that no single organization, agency, university, health system, or community partner can accomplish alone?

Parents don’t need to be medical experts to ask good questions—you deserve real answers from people who are trained and accountable for giving them.

Having access to online information isn't the same as having the clinical training and experience to interpret it well. When it comes to your child's health, asking questions is always appropriate, but algorithms can't replace a real conversation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Read a note from our Executive Director, Sandy Tibke, on why expertise matters when the stakes are highest:

A Note from Sandra Tibke, executive director  As parents and caregivers, we want nothing more than to protect our children and make the best decisions for their health and well-being.

Here is one of the strongest points of agreement in our statewide survey: 81% of North Dakotans say schools should continue requiring vaccines that prevent fast-moving and deadly diseases.

Support is strong across our state, and 90% of adults age 65 and older agree.

These findings show that when it comes to protecting children and keeping schools healthy, North Dakotans still share meaningful common ground.

Join us as we keep building a healthier North Dakota together.

For many North Dakotans, vaccines are personal.

In our statewide survey:

• 85% agreed receiving safe and effective vaccines helps protect them and others in their community
• 82% agreed getting vaccinated is one way to protect family and those closest to them
• 84% agreed vaccines protect the public from disease

These numbers reflect something important: people across our state care deeply about keeping family, neighbors, and communities healthy.

Prevention matters in North Dakota.

91% of adults in our statewide survey agreed that vaccines have been successful at preventing once-common illnesses like polio, measles, mumps, and rubella.

That is a powerful reminder that prevention protects more than individuals—it helps keep families, schools, and communities strong.

When we work together to prevent illness, we all benefit.
