🏆✨ Bismarck Legacy FCCLA Chapter at State Competition! ✨🏆

We’re so proud to celebrate the amazing accomplishments of our chapter members at the FCCLA State Competition! 🎉

👏 Huge congratulations to:

Brekken Ziebarth, who earned Silver in Culinary Arts 🍴

Margaret Baumgartner, who took home Bronze in Fashion Construction 👗

We were also inspired by incredible speakers from Heavens Helpers Soup Cafe, Closet (701), Craig Scott, the Air National Guard, and more! It was a great opportunity to learn and grow together.

Special shoutout to Amara Baumeister and Kaydence Hoff for representing our chapter as voting delegates and helping elect next year’s state council! Your leadership means so much.

A big thank you to our dedicated advisors, Miss Kuhn and Mrs. Lloyd, for their endless support and guidance. We are all excited to see what next year has in store! 🎉

With a new school year, brings many new opportunities.

If you have an interest in Hospitality & Tourism, Human Services, Education & Training, or Visual Arts & Design, then FCCLA has something for you!

We offer a variety of competitive events at the district, state, and national level. These competitions include projects, knowledge tests, and skill demonstrations. Through these competitions you have access to many scholarship opportunities (& the experience of a lifetime).

Aside from competitive events, there are PLENTY of other ways to be involved with FCCLA.

WAHOO!!!! Katie took Silver at Nationals in Level 3 Interior Design.

I am unbelievably proud of this girl. Legacy High School FCCLA’s very first year is officially wrapped up.

Our very own is down in Denver, CO right now for NATIONALS!!

I am so proud of this girl, wish her luck with the upcoming competition.

She is competing in Level 3 Interior Design which she took 2nd place overall at State FCCLA this April.

This week begins Teacher Appreciation Week!

To celebrate, stop by and see our FCCLA table set up in the marketplace Monday-Wednesday. We will be selling succulents for $3!

You get to choose a teacher (or teachers) to write a note to and get a succulent delivered to them on Thursday/Friday this week.

The 2022-2023 FCCLA State Leadership conference has officially come to a close.

Here’s what we’ve been up to the last few days;

McKenzie & Paisley acted as our voting delegates to help select our District 4 president, vote on bylaw changes, & more!

Katie competed in Level 3 Interior Design and received a Silver Medal AND IS HEADED TO NATIONALS!! 🎉

Bridget, Abigail, & Paige competed in Level 3 National Programs in Action and received a Bronze Medal.

Preston, Kade, & Eric competed in Level 3 Food Innovations and received a Silver Medal. They are acting as alternates for nationals.

Sam competed in Level 3 Food Innovations and received a Silver Medal.

Amara, Sage, Sawyer, Summer, & Beth were able to attend numerous sessions on Power of One, Self Care, Interior Design, & More!

While the conference made for some long days, many memories were made. I am so incredibly proud of all the hard work that all of our students put in this year.

Next stop, Denver CO! ✈️

We teamed up with Pride Slides to create 100% custom Legacy Sabers Slides. Our sale runs through the end of February, all shoes are shipped to the school after the sale ends.

There are two options “home” in Vegas Gold & Black or “away” in the all Black option! Sizes from youth 10C/11C all the way to a women’s 16!
