Is there someone in your life who'd never ask for help with a heating bill? A parent on a fixed income, an elderly neighbor, a friend too proud to call? You can be the bridge. LIHEAP applications can be started online, by phone, or in person at our Bishop office — and it's completely okay to help someone through it or ask on their behalf where to begin. LIHEAP through IMACA offers a one-time payment toward electricity, propane, wood, or oil, and applying now beats applying mid-cold-snap.
