2026 is rocking our Autism History Preservation & advocacy with continuous momentum that didn’t begin earlier this year but four years ago it began to grow its roots as we launched the Nation’s 1st Autism History Museum that had its dawn in the Meridian Mall and now is permanently destined in “Michigan’s Little Bavaria” - Frankenmuth due to the consistent support that Berg Insurance Services - Steve Berg / Farm Bureau Insurance Michigan has been for our mission to integrate autism throughout all social-institutions which benefits from the amazing creativity that those on the spectrum have and will be for the future of America and whole wide world as autism has no single destination and boundary of any ability!

With that being said our upcoming 1st Lansing Regional Program that’s coming June 25th would not be possible without the the Berg Insurance Agency continued philanthropic effort and we’re excited to see their team that day at Shaheen Chevrolet. For more info ⬇️

Today is the day starting at 1:00pm the Frankenmuth Bavarian Festival PARADE that the XDAF will be in and support the German Tradition.🥨🔹🇩🇪🔹🥨

At every one of our Programs we always stand with the flag with “We the people” - I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one Nation under God indivisible with Liberty and Justice for All!

It doesn’t exist to divide us. It exists to unite us including those with autism as we are all human!

Autistics have their own way of thinking that varies as autism is a circular spectrum full of of signs / symptoms that needs to be integrated in all industries in order to have neuroinclusivity!

Autism has its own elements unlike neurotypical perspectives that cannot be heard unless you naturally feel the instinct and experience it. Whereas those on the spectrum have their own processing and operational systematic thinking through patterns, images or sensory and none of that means autism it’s a problem instead it means the world is broken up with too much divide & conquering that autistics feel un-accepted by society for being different.

It’s ok to be different in the social-industrial world that we live that Neurodiversity!

The Frankenmuth Bavarian Festival weekend has arrived!🍺 🇩🇪 🥨

At the Xavier DeGroat Autism Foundation, we’re grateful to carry on a cultural continuity that celebrates German heritage, tradition, and a spirit that makes it beautiful.

The XDAF is looking forward to being in the parade this Sunday and get the community to flourish the joy of polka, performance, food and the parade with family and friends and grow the environments neurodiversity.

Time is flowing by fast and sooner than you know it will be time at Shaheen Chevrolet of Lansing for a wonderful networking event that will include the XDAF annual AUTISM BBQ / educational program on Thursday June 25 for our members and partners in the Lansing Regional Area to learn more about some projects currently being made to make neurodiversity increase with more accessibility for developmental disabilities in our tourism industry!
