So something REALLY EXCITING happened today at our Team Adams outing at the O’s game.

We’ve been dying to share this photo, but wanted to give Carole Ann a chance to get home and tell her parents all about it first.

SHE GOT A FOUL BALL! It bounced off a seat and she reacted quickly to catch it off the ricochet! Her softball coach, Mandy, will be so proud when she hears all about it at practice this week. She even used her glove, Coach!

Team Adams had a fun time at the O’s game today! Athlete Alyssa has been a Padres fan for a number of years, so she was excited when they won 5-2.

Many thanks to Dorothy who organized the outing. We wish her a speedy recovery, as she took a pretty bad tumble while out walking on Saturday. As a result, she was unable to attend our baseball outing, and we missed her!

Missing from photos are Mark Wildasin and Natalie McMaster and her family who were sitting in a different section.

The Powell brothers, hamming it up with the Gold Medals they each won in State College, just 1 week apart!

NOTE: Dylan & Ryder both spend countless hours volunteer coaching with multiple sports for Team Adams. The Powell family has been involved volunteering for many generations.

(Ryder actually missed attending our state tournament as assistant coach this year due to his own post-season schedule with his high school team. We think we’ll excuse him. 😉 )

KAYAKING is CANCELED for Saturday, June 13. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for some paperwork to be completed by the state park before we are allowed to start practicing. We hope to start next Saturday!

Please join us in wishing the BEST OF LUCK to the BERMUDIAN SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL TEAM as they head to Penn State tomorrow (Friday) to play in the PIAA Baseball Championship Game!!!

We’ve been following this team closely, because RYDER POWELL, who is a senior on the team, is also one of our volunteer assistant coaches in his spare time! Ryder coaches basketball, volleyball, and softball with us.

He is an AMAZING young man, and we are all pulling for him and the Bermudian Springs Eagles!

YOU GOT THIS RYDER!!!! GO EAGLES!

This year our 3v3 team comprised of Dustin, Samuel, Micah, Trey & Jamison as well as our skills players, Caleb and Caleb, tore up the courts at Penn State!

Sierra, Justin, Olivia, Alyssa, Daniel, and Heide were our Track & Field athletes this year! They pushed themselves hard, walking, running and throwing their best!
