Don’t forget to have a pet emergency kit ready with food, water, medications, vaccination records, leashes, carriers, and other essentials before disaster strikes.

🐾 Identify a safe place your pets can stay during an emergency.
🐾 Arrange a buddy system to help care for your pets if needed.
🐾 Keep microchip and contact information up to date.
🐾 Check with local emergency management or animal shelters for pet preparedness resources.

A simple bowl of clean water can make the difference between life and death for cats trying to survive outdoors. Dehydration can quickly lead to heat exhaustion, heat stroke, kidney issues, etc. Providing fresh cool clean water is one of the kindest things you can do for them. It never ceases to amaze me how many people feed cats, but do not provide water. It is a simple, free, and fundamental necessity for their survival. Please be a hero and put out some fresh clean water!! 💦💦💦

Edited to add: Never use metal dishes in the sun or extreme heat or cold. This dish is in a spot that is 100% shaded all day long and is refreshed with cold water multiple times per day.

💔 I'm posting this with a heavy heart...😔
As much as I love my animals, all good things come to an end. They take up too much of my time and I am struggling to keep up with the everyday basics such as cleaning and maintaining my home, so something has to give. Therefore, I will be re-homing the following. 😥
