We can't wait to see you TONIGHT, 6/25 at 5:30PM at the Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club. 100 women joining together to raise $10,000 for the animals.

Thank you for your support! It's absolutely magical to see our community coming together to support our local nonprofits. We're honored to be the first recipients of this amazing fundraising initiative.

💗 HAPPY TAILS: Remember Mr. T, Ms. B and their littles Sean, Tara, Lisa and Kathy? Check out this wonderful Happy Tail! What a precious update on the adorable little nugget Sean. Here's what his adopter shared with us...

"In February I had to absolute joy of adopting Sean, renamed to Murphy O'Malley. I wanted to reach out and extend my gratitude to HSMC and specifically Sheri who helped us along the way.

Murphy is doing incredible and has brought immense amounts of love, joy and snuggles to our lives! He has gotten to 21lbs and is all up to date on his vaccines. Potty training has been such a breeze. He has such good manners and is learning to be such a good boy on the leash.

He has been attached at my hip, which I love because I am home all day. He truly has been the best and he is very loved! He took his first trip to Leavenworth recently and made so many puppy friends and also gets cuteness compliments. Murphy has discovered he loves pup cups and he really loves his car seat and wish bone 😄 He gets to go with us everywhere and is the best behaved puppy!

I really cannot express enough gratitude to you all. I recommend contacting you or looking at your site to anyone who mentions wanting to add a family member. Thank you all so so much for everything. We are so lucky to be Murphy's home."

UPDATE: Thanks to some amazing folks, the beverage fridge and table have been donated. The receiving blankets have also been donated but we could use quiet a few of them (100 or so), so if you're able to donate these, we would love more. THANK YOU!

🌸 WISH LIST WEDNESDAY: We have 4 very specific needs. Are you able to help?

1️⃣ Someone to clean our 25' dryer vent
Do you know anyone with the tools who could help us out?

2️⃣ Beverage cooler for vaccines - DONATED
The vaccine fridge in our clinic is on its last leg. We need something with shelves (not bottle racks) and the max size we can accommodate is ~ 18" W x 19" D x 22.5" H. Many thanks to the amazing person who previously donated a beverage cooler for our intake/foster program. Our vet clinic will greatly benefit from a new fridge as well!

🐶💗 PUPPIES! Get ready for some cuteness! We're now accepting adoption applications for these adorable little butterballs!

Playful, sweet and snuggly - these puppies will make the best little family members! They have all been exposed to kids, cats and other dogs and done well. They're just happy little buggers!

We have not done a DNA test on the pups and can only guess at their breed mix and expected size at maturity. Adopters should plan for these puppies to be large when fully grown.

MEET THE PUPPIES - 2 options

#1 Pre-adoption
Submit an application today for the opportunity to meet the puppies before their spay/neuter surgery. This allows you to decide which pup is right for you and then pick them up at our facility in Belfair after their surgery next week. This is the best option for folks who want to choose from lots of pups.

#2 PetSmart (Silverdale) Event 6/28
The pups still available for adoption will be taken to our Adoption Event at PetSmart in Silverdale Sunday, 6/28. These pups will be available to go home with approved adopters during the event.

If you're attending the event, it's a good idea to submit your application in advance because pre-approved applicants will be able to schedule a time to meet the puppies BEFORE the general public event! You're also welcome to wait to submit an application after you've met the puppies. The general public event is at PetSmart in Silverdale 6/28 from 1-2:30pm.

Let's be honest, raising a puppy is definitely a lot of work. They'll need lots of love and guidance to grow up as well-adjusted dogs. But all your efforts will be rewarded immensely!
