Why does Positive Spin matter?

The Turntable Fund has already provided assistance for 35 canceled gigs in 2026.
For many local musicians, performing isn't simply a hobby - it's an important part of their livelihood. When weather, illness or other unexpected circumstances cause a performance to be canceled, that lost income can have an immediate financial impact.

The Turntable Fund helps eligible local musicians recover some of that income so they can keep moving forward. We also invest in the future of our music community through scholarships for local students pursuing music after high school.

Providing this level of assistance has significantly reduced the funds currently available. Positive Spin is essential to helping us replenish those resources and continue serving our music community.
