2pm-5pm for clothing housejold items . Restoring Hope is a non-profit, Christian-based charity for the community. Most of us have come across people in our day-to-day lives that we can see are struggling with difficult situations. Many of our neighbors struggle to provide the basic needs

of life (i.e.: food, clothing, and shelter) for their families and themselves. God's Word tells us in James 2:14-17, "What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead." God's Word tells us there's more to be done than just praying for things to "work out". So we wanted to do something about it. At Restoring Hope, we take donations of nearly everything. Everything from clothing, furniture, kitchen items, to cash is taken then made available to anyone who needs it. There's no catch and no payment for items taken. On a person's first visit, we ask if they have a BIble. If they do not, we give them one and share the love of Christ with them. We do this with the hope that it provides a helping hand up, but is not taken as "just another handout."

Restoring Hope is hosting a Building fundraiser Dinner and Bake Sale.
Date: Saturday July 11th 2026
Time: 4pm-7pm
Location: Twin Oak Community Center
5939 Thomas Twin Oak Rd
Baxter,TN 38544.
Donation of: $15.00
The Home cooked meal will consist of Meatloaf or smoked turkey , mashed potatoes, choice of corn or green bean’s. Rolls, drink and desert.

We have tickets now brought to us by Wrap Partners.
If anyone would like to get tickets ahead of time, please drop by Restoring Hope on Mondays 10am-3pm and Fridays 10am-1pm.
If anyone would like to donate something for our bake sale it would be greatly appreciated.

Please come support us by helping us raise funds to finish remolding our buildings.

Today I was presented this jug of change by Helen Sayes . This was five years of savings. Thank You Glen & Helen Sayes for believing in Restoring Hope

Today Jesus lead this group from the River Church to Restoring Hope.
They came to paint our building , they also hang clothing sorted toys organized some of shelve,cleaned all the weeds out in front and stabilized/ painted our little bench .

We are grateful and thankful to have been blessed today from this wonderful group of people.

Saturday we held a luncheon for all our volunteers. There was several that could not attend due to sickness . Please keep them in your prayers.
Restoring Hope has been solely run/ operated since day one by our awesome volunteers.
Just yesterday, I received a call asking if we could help a family whose house just burned a few hours earlier. I made a call to the ladies at Restoring Hope volunteering , telling them the situation they jumped into action collecting a bag of clothing for every family member.
For 15 years loving giving volunteers has made a important difference in other lives
If you would like to be apart of our Hope family there is always room for more volunteers.

This got finished two weeks ago, I’m so far behind of sharing the Awesomeness of our Heavenly Father and those who keep this wave of Hope moving
A Huge Thank You Bro Fabron Nicholson Pastor of Rock Castle Emmanuel Church for painting the whole house and furnishing all the supplies .
With everyone’s helping hand this old house is coming to life with each step.

A sneak peak!! Of some of many formal gowns, multiple sizes price $10 a piece. We had a lady drive from Jackson county , to donate three beautiful gowns.
