12U deserves a shoutout:

12U went back to back winning tournaments and then fell short in their last. Why? Because they didn’t maintain their appropriate practices while participating in their rec ball programs. Despite Coach Ci asking them to maintain these standards.

So, what happened next? They were emailed player feedback packets with visual aides and explanations of what they need to work on and how they need to fix these things during their time away from their travel ball practices.

Yesterday was our first practice since the Winter and it was amazing how the ladies showed up, stepped up, and shined. For these young ladies to be called out on their shortcomings and to bounce back like that is just truly outstanding for such a young athlete. HUGE.

They don’t shy away from accountability, honest feedback, nor the heat. Instead, they welcome the challenge to reach the heights they want to achieve.

It’s how you respond to the action that makes you a champion. Job well done ladies. 👏🏾❤️‍🔥

We are gauging interest for an additional 12U team within the OnDeck Softball program. If interested in truly playing for the OnDeck Softball program, please contact Coach Ci for additional information.

PLEASE NOTE: If there is not enough interest, then there will not be a team. We are simply collecting information throughout the month of June to determine if we are to move forward with tryouts. All that reach out will receive appropriate communication. Thank you.

This weekend’s tournament chain winner was Kiana “Keeks” “KiKi” King for her mental toughness that she displayed, communication and encouragement to herself and teammates, and her athletic ability!

12U bounced back to come take 3rd in bracket play today after going O-fer on the day yesterday. We learned hard lessons this weekend, but it was fun to level up!

OnDeck 12U brought home another championship today! Going undefeated on the day. Bats were hot again!!! And their defense backed it up. Stellar outing from this group of littles.

Some key highlights are below:

Kiana “KiKi” made her pitching debut today and had 13 strikeouts on the day.

Sophia and Avery both hit in the park home runs.

And last but not least, Hailey earned the first OnDeck tourney chain! (made and donated by super dad fan Lee) Hailey embodied a well rounded softballer today on both sides of the ball!

OnDeck 12U came out and took the queen seat in pool play to make it to the Championship today!

They faced a 34-8-1 team in the Championship and came home with the first hardware for OnDeck Softball! And they did it with a straight 9 all day long!!!

Congratulations ladies!

Congratulations to On Deck Softball on winning a divisional title at the FAAST Spring Jam Championships.

12U is back in action today!

After three months off, OnDeck 12U played in their first tournament of 2026 and went 2-1 on the day at the Grizz Dome of Oakland University.

The girls showed that they absorb what they’re being taught, putting in the work outside of practice, and are executing during games all while still having fun. A tremendous outing to kick off 2026.
