Our President, Russia Lang, proudly represented the Baton Rouge Professional Chapter at the Iota Sweethearts, Incorporated National Leadership Conference, held June 25–28, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland.
Throughout the conference, Sweethearts from across the nation strengthened their leadership through engaging workshops, served the Baltimore community by assembling feminine hygiene bags to help fight period poverty, and celebrated our legacy through fellowship, service, and sisterhood.
