Thank you to everyone who attended our Christmas in July event! We are so appreciative of everyone who helps us support those with cancer in Baraga County.

Close to 100 baskets will be raffled - something for everyone : ladies, gents, and kiddos 🌲 Items recently added include 1 cord of firewood cut, split, and delivered locally 🪵 and over 30 beautiful handmade outfits for American Girl dolls 🪡🧵 Bake Sale, craft tables, and silent auction for several handmade quilts will be here as well 🎄 Saturday July 18th, 10 AM - 2 PM at the Whirligig.
Wear a Christmas or ugly sweater and receive 1 free raffle ticket. ⛄️

The BCCSG will be holding a “Christmas in July” fundraiser to help those with cancer in Baraga County. We have reserved a venue for the event on Saturday, July 18th. We will make the formal announcement once we finalize the details. 🎄🎅🏼🧑‍🎄 We will also be looking for a few volunteers to assist us if you are interested. Thank you, everyone.

The monthly meeting for the BCCSG will be this Friday; June 12th at 1 PM .
It will be held at the Baragaland Senior Center on Main St. in downtown Lanse. Please come and see what we’re all about and how we support cancer patients and their families in Baraga County. Everyone is welcome to attend.

A huge THANK YOU goes out to our wonderful community who came out and supported us at the Quilt Show/Basket Raffle yesterday. Thank you to all of our dedicated and hardworking volunteers as well as the staff at the Niiwin Akea building. Without you this wouldn’t have been possible! It was a great success and will allow us to do more for the cancer patients in OUR county!! ♥️
