Partners In Excellence Scholarship Program

Partners In Excellence supports the mission of Archdiocese of Baltimore Community Schools in Baltimore City by providing tuition assistance scholarships.

Founded in 1996, the Partners In Excellence (PIE) Scholarship Program of the Archdiocese of Baltimore seeks to address a key mission of the Catholic Church: to promote educational equity in Baltimore. Over the past 25 years, PIE has given thousands of students an opportunity for success in school and in life by providing the tuition assistance needed to enroll in a Catholic school. Through the gen

erosity of individuals, businesses and foundations, scholarship recipients receive the benefits of a sound Catholic education in a safe school, regardless of their own religious affiliation. With a tradition of providing a strong values-based education with high expectations for behavior and effort in a deeply caring and personalized school setting, Baltimore Catholic schools are setting these students on a path towards success.

Join the Catholic Business Network of Baltimore and Archbishop William E. Lori as we celebrate faith-filled leadership and present the 2026 Catholic Business Leadership Award to Edward Fortunato, Chief Economist of Constellation Energy.

Throughout his distinguished career, Ed has demonstrated a commitment to leadership, stewardship, and service—not only in the business world, but also throughout the Archdiocese of Baltimore.

This special annual event brings together business and community leaders from across the region for a morning of inspiration, recognition, and connection.
