Celebrating a new chapter in leadership at our East Hills store! 💙

Patricia has been part of the Goodwill team for more than six years, beginning her career at East Hills before being promoted to Assistant Manager at our Coffee Road store in 2022.

Throughout her Goodwill journey, Patricia has helped her teams improve production, reach store goals and develop their skills through hands-on training and coaching. Her experience across multiple locations has also given her a strong understanding of the quality finds our shoppers are looking for.

Now, Patricia is returning to East Hills to take the next step in her leadership journey as Store Manager! Her team puts more than 2,000 new items on the sales floor each day, giving shoppers plenty of opportunities to discover something new.
