Austin Coffee Collective is proud to present a free, hands-on batch brew workshop with Jak Ryan from and Miranda Haney from . You’ll learn how to dial in recipes for your batch brewer, taste for extraction and strength, and leave feeling confident in the quality of your cafe’s drip coffee.

Guest are strongly encouraged to bring a 4oz sample of batch brew from their cafe for TDS measurement. It can be old and/or cold. All other materials are provided. 😊

Last month we brought the throwdown to our friends up north in Pflugerville! Thanks for all who braved the traffic & joined us for a real Pfun time. 🕺

Big congrats to our winners: DJ from Lamppost in 1st place, with Richard from Lamppost & home barista Daniel as our runner ups!! 🥇

🗣️ MARCH TNT UPDATE 🗣️

Unfortunately, we have been forced to cancel our March TNT— our host shop fell through due to unforeseen events. Our hosts provide crucial support to organize successful events for y’all—typically planning weeks in advance—so it wouldn’t be fair for us to ask another shop to throw it together last minute. We love our Austin coffee community and appreciate the time and effort you bring to the throwdowns every month! 🫶

We’re here to help! 🤑 Talking about finances can be scary, overwhelming, and honestly, just not very sexy. Let’s flip that script!! The Austin Coffee Collective is partnering with the super smart and super chill financial advisor, Chris Vasquez, for a free financial literacy workshop designed for hourly tipped baristas on January 9, 7pm at Springdale. There will be snacks, drinks, and candid conversation about how to be smart with your money and plan for the future. 💸
