Our team will be at the 7th Annual Jackson County International Overdose Awareness Day event this evening at Crossroads Park in Seymour!

Come out and visit us as we join our community to remember those we’ve lost, support those impacted by substance use, reduce stigma, and inspire hope for the future.

🏆Meet our August employee of the month, Angee!

Angee serves as our medical case manager in our Health Plus Indiana - Austin clinic. She was nominated for employee of the month by a staff member who stated:

"She's always so helpful, I never have to ask she just does anything I need her to. She is so knowledgeable and has so much experience which is SO important in a position like an MA.
