To think it was just last week we had our Tissues & Kisses event to send our Kindergarteners into their first day of school and to take care of our Kindergarten parents as well!

If you think you'd like to be a part of events like this or you just want to send more support to the Murphy Creek P-8 school then join us TONIGHT at 6 PM in the SCHOOL LIBRARY for our first PTO meeting of the year.

We will be hearing from Principal Capron who will be talking about the Board of Educations goals for this year and how Murphy Creek is helping to achieve those goals. Also we will lay out the events we have on our schedule (with more to come!) along with how you can get involved.

Whether you can attend one meeting or ten, volunteer one hour or one hundred we hope you'll be able to join us tonight because with the more support we have, the more we can do to improve our school community!

Thanks to everyone who joined us at Back to School Night on Tuesday and we hope all our 1st through 8th graders have an amazing first day back!

We will see our Kindergarten friends and family on Monday morning for our Tissues & Kisses event!

Congrats to all the students, teachers, and staff on another great school year!

We can’t think of a better way to kick off the summer than by heading to Top Golf Centennial for Murphy Creek Day on Sunday, May 31st at 1:30 pm. For just $15 a ticket you get two hours of unlimited play along with unlimited soda.

You need to act fast though because tickets are only available for purchase through THIS SATURDAY and there will not be any sold at the venue on the day of the event.

REMINDER: Tomorrow is Field Day at Murphy Creek P-8 and parents are encouraged to come watch the kids have a great time! We’ve attached the schedules here so you can know what activities are happening and when. We’re providing FREE popsicles at the station at the front of the building for all the kids so make sure they stop by if they’d like to cool off! See you all there!

Tomorrow is Field Day and we are thrilled to be able to provide FREE popsicles at the station in the front of the building. Remind your kids to ask their teachers (or you if you’re attending) if they’d like to grab a popsicle on us!

There’s other food for purchase as well (we attached the menus here so you know how much to send the kids off with). Kona Ice will have a truck on site along with mini donuts and churros for purchase as well. Proceeds from the sale of these food items go to the Murphy Creek P-8 P.E. Department. See you all tomorrow!

Thank you to all of our Murphy Creek P-8 Teachers and Staff for all the wonderful things they do for our students and our community all year! We also wanted to shout out everyone involved with our PTO who helped us in any way with not only this week but all year long.
